  • No, bookings are considered tentative until approved by our team. We will contact you to confirm your needs, answer any questions, and with your agreement, finalise the reservation.

  • Absolutely. We can provide child restraints with advance notice. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any special requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  • We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • More than 24 hours before pick-up: No charge

    • 12–24 hours before pick-up: 50% of fare

    • Less than 12 hours before pick-up or no-show: Full fare (100%)

  • Our airport and city transfers are among our most popular services, and we strive to offer very competitive pricing, especially compared to the taxi industry. Our goal is to provide reliable, efficient, and friendly on-time service that won't break the budget

  • We accept Cabcharge, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards for payments. Please note that there is a 5% surcharge for the use of credit cards.

  • Yes, we offer corporate accounts with priority booking and flexible billing options. If you're interested in setting up a monthly billed account, please contact us to get started.

  • We don’t display fixed pricing on our website, as costs can vary based on location, timing, and vehicle needs. The fastest way to get an accurate quote or to make a booking if you're a regular client familiar with our rates is to use our Book a Transfer form. It gives us all the details we need to respond quickly with pricing or confirm your booking.

  • Our fares typically include a complimentary wait time of approx 10 minutes - this gives you some flexibility in case you're running a little behind. For any additional wait time beyond the included period, a surcharge will apply of $2 per minute.
    This doesn’t include airport pick ups should your incoming flight be delayed. See below for more information.

  • We monitor all incoming flights and adjust pick-up times accordingly, so you're not charged for airline delays. Rest assured we’re tracking your plane and will be there when you arrive. There's no need to add buffer time to your booking - we’ve got it covered.

  • Our primary vehicles feature the Lexus RX450 Hybrids, offering top-tier comfort — ideal for individuals, couples, or smaller groups, and perfect for city transfers or airport pick-ups.
    For larger groups or families, we offer a fleet of KIA Carnival Platinums and Hyundai Staria Highlanders, both spacious and equipped to handle extra passengers, luggage, or special requirements.
    For even larger bookings, we also operate Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 passengers - ideal for group events, extended family travel or corporate transport.

  • Absolutely. We offer child restraints upon request and our drivers are experienced in accommodating young passengers. For seniors and passengers with mobility challenges, our compassionate drivers provide door-to-door assistance, ensuring a safe and respectful service.

  • Our fleet includes Lexus RX450h Hybrids, KIA Carnival Platinums, and Hyundai Staria Highlanders. The Lexus RX450h is ideal for individuals, couples, or smaller groups - perfect for city trips and airport transfers in premium comfort.

    For larger groups or families, the KIA Carnival Platinum and Hyundai Staria Highlander offer spacious seating and generous luggage capacity, making them ideal for group outings, airport runs, and longer trips with plenty of bags or equipment.

  • Do you offer stretch limousines?
    No, we don’t currently offer stretch limousine services. Our fleet focuses on luxury sedans, SUVs, and people movers for airport transfers, events, and private transport.

FAQ’s about our vehicles

  • Once your flight lands, please turn your mobile phone on. Your driver will send you a text with detailed instructions and the exact meeting point. This ensures a smooth connection even if there are changes to your flight or terminal arrangements.

  • For international arrivals at T1, your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall near Gates A or B, close to Travelex Currency Exchange. Our drivers generally enter the terminal around 20 minutes after your flight has landed, allowing time for disembarkation and passport control.

  • At T2, drivers are required to remain with their vehicles due to airport regulations. You’ll meet your driver on the footpath directly outside the door nearest Carousel 5. Look for a message from your driver once you've landed — they’ll guide you from there. Drivers typically arrive around 15 minutes after your flight lands.

  • For T3, the meeting point is usually near Carousel 5 at the bottom of the escalators in the arrivals area. However, your driver may text you advising they are waiting closer to Carousel 3 or outside. If you don't receive a message or don’t have a mobile, simply proceed to Carousel 5 and your driver will meet you there.

  • Yes, we actively track all incoming flights and adjust our arrival time to match your actual landing. You won’t be charged for flight delays outside your control.
